CUSTOM DESIGN & DECORATING SERVICES
Planning with us isn’t the only way to put a “Palmer Events” touch on your event. We offer custom design and decorating services for not only weddings but corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers and more!
OUR DECORATING SERVICES INCLUDES:
1 Hour Personalized Decor Design Consultation
Decor Rentals
Decorative Delivery + Set up
Decorative Tear down + Pickup
INVESTMENT
Each decorating service is different, to ensure every client receives a package tailored to their needs and budget.

For 150 + HST, each client will receive a 1 hour personalized consultation and a final review meeting two weeks out from their event.

Rental costs vary from event to event. Here are some rough estimates based off of what our clients usually spend.
All prices are subject to hst.
Ceremony Decor: $50 - $500 +
Table Linens: $20 per table, dry cleaning included.
Ceiling Draperies: $250 +
Ceiling Lighting: $150 +
Centrepieces: $20 - $50 + per table
Tip: using faux candles will save you lots on your rentals!
Placesettings: $0.75 - $5.00+ per person
Welcome / Dessert Tables & Other: 50 +
Photobooths: $150-300 +
Welcome Signs & Seating Charts: 120 + each

After your consultation, we will provide you with an exact quote on your set up & tear down costs, each event is different!
Set ups range from 4-8 hours and range from $150-250 per hour, depending on our staffing requirements for your event.
For events without set up & tear down requirements, we offer flexible pickup and return options!

Is your event outside of Saint John? No problem! We decorate events between Moncton, Saint Andrews & Fredericton.
Travel costs vary depending on the venue and the amount of staff traveling with us.
