This day wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing wedding planner, Palmer. I thank my lucky stars that I found her and her two ladies, Marli & Kirsten. I’m still in awe with how beautiful everything was, and this was all thanks to them.
What’s not photographed is the countless zoom meetings over the last year, the hours spent planning together, their amazing attention to detail, their love, their patience and support through this entire process. These ladies truly made sure this was the wedding I’ve always dreamed of!

Palmer deserves all the stars possible! She is a sweetheart and made us feel comfortable and confident we would have a beautiful wedding since our first meeting. She has a special eye for details and helped us figured out all the things we had in mind, keeping our wedding simple but meaningful as we wished. We had the privilege of working with Palmer and her team for both decor and planning for our wedding and I can’t say enough good things about her work! She managed to work with us on planning while we were living in a different country, was always quickly available to field any issues, and totally put our minds at ease.
On the day, we were able to sit back and enjoy as she had taken care of everything. Her ability to incorporate both her decor inventory and our own personal items/personality was perfect and I got so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked. If there’s one thing you should invest in for your wedding, it’s Palmer and her team.
Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful. You’re planning one of the biggest days of your life and, if you’re anything like us, you’ve never done anything like it before. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but the moment we hired Palmer, everything became so much more manageable.
From the very beginning, Palmer guided us through every step of the planning process and provided amazing resources to help us get started. She was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we had questions or unexpected issues come up. We had regular check-ins to review our progress and discuss next steps, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing we were on track.
When it came to design, Palmer completely exceeded our expectations. She took my Pinterest board and somehow brought our vision to life even better than we had imagined. During our design meetings, she made every decision feel easy, presenting thoughtful options that perfectly matched the style we were going for. Even after seeing everything during the planning process, walking into our wedding on the day itself completely took our breath away. Every detail was beautiful, and Palmer and her team absolutely delivered.
In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Palmer handled all of the coordination with our vendors, created our timelines, and even took care of things like picking up our cake and flowers. She also ran our rehearsal the night before, making sure everyone knew exactly where to be and what to do, which helped everyone feel relaxed and confident.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Palmer handled every detail behind the scenes and solved any issues that came up without us ever having to worry—including when I forgot our cake stand! She simply let us know the problem had already been taken care of. People always say that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day, but honestly, aside from my cake stand mistake (which Palmer fixed without missing a beat), I don’t think anything did, or at least we never knew about it. That’s entirely thanks to Palmer and her incredible team.
Because we knew Palmer had everything under control, my husband and I were able to be fully present throughout our wedding day. We weren’t worrying about logistics or timelines, we were simply able to soak in every moment and enjoy celebrating with the people we love. Looking back, that is one of the greatest gifts she gave us.
We will always be grateful to Palmer and her amazing team. Our wedding would not have been anywhere near as incredible without them, and we truly can’t imagine the day without their expertise, creativity, and support.
If you’re wondering whether hiring a wedding planner/designer/coordinator is worth it, the answer is yes. And if you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Palmer, don’t hesitate. It will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding.
